Shipping & Returns

Now that you know what you want, let us take care of getting it to you fast. If it's in stock (and in most cases, it is) you’ll get your order within 3-5 business days.*

To estimate your delivery date of in-stock items, please add one business day to the above delivery times. For example, if you order an in-stock item by noon Monday-Friday and choose UPS 3 Day Select, you will receive your item in 4 business days. Please note UPS does not deliver on weekends.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation. If you shipped via UPS, your email will contain a tracking number you may use to track your order. You can then track your order from the member’s only page or use the UPS Internet tracking site.

Need your stuff Express?
Orders placed with Express Shipping by noon CT (Monday through Friday) will ship by the next business day.
Orders placed during the weekends and the holidays will take an extra day to ship. Express orders usually arrive the following business day after the shipping date. Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, and United States Territories. We cannot express shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses


Free Shipping offers
we offer free shipping these offers are only for orders within the 50 United States addresses. Free shipping is not applicable for Canada or International Shipments.

Shipping Carriers
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers we use are United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS).

Return/Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item as follows: including original tags, unworn, unwashed, and on resalable condition. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if within 10 days of the purchase. Please provide your “return form or original receipt” which is enclosed with your package or/and the original receipt. We will exchange the item(s) or give a full refund (less shipping and handling) in the original method of payment.

How do I return something?
You will find a return and exchange form enclosed with your order. To return an item, fill out the appropriate portion of the form and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning. Please indicate on the form the whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange, and allow ten business days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Item Return Policy

Design Renovation will replace any and all damaged or incorrect items within 7 days after the sinks have been delivered. Please inspect the sink within this timeline and call 713-827-4759 to report any damage/error and acquire a Return Authorization number. Damaged or incorrect sinks or faucets will be replaced at the time the report is made, if the report makes the 7 day deadline.


Sink Return Policy

Design Renovation will accept returns of unwanted sinks within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Prior to return, you must contact Design Renovation at 713-827-4759 to acquire a Return Authorization number. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. The sink must be returned to Design Renovation in undamaged, unused condition with original packaging and accessories included. All returned items are subject to inspection before a credit will be issued. All returned items will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping charges.


Faucet Return Policy

Design Renovation will accept returns of unopened and sealed faucets within 30 days of purchase. All returned faucets are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Returns must be reported within 30 days of the original date of purchase and faucets must be returned to Design Renovation in undamaged, unused condition with original packaging and accessories included. Prior to return, you must contact Design Renovation at 713-827-4759 to acquire a Return Authorization number. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. **If the faucet has been installed, it cannot be returned. If the faucet is defective, we will first attempt to find an on site fix by phone or sending replacement parts. If the fix cannot be done on site, we will take back the faucet, fix it and return it at no cost to the customer.


Clearance OR SALE items
All merchandise sold at a 30% or greater discount is considered a clearance sale. Returns of clearance items must be sent it within 3 business days of when you received the item. We mean that you have sent it within 3 days, even if we have not yet received it. There is no advantage to sending a return overnight vs. standard shipping. If you do not meet the shortened timeframe for returns of clearance items, we may at our discretion issue store credit rather than a refund.
